How we name things

• Lead intakes — monthly AI-powered imports (paste, voice, webhooks, CSV mapping). Not “tokens.”
• Crews — routing capacity on your board (Climber 3, Foreman 10, Autopilot unlimited).
• Logins — unlimited on paid tiers; we don’t charge per seat.
