Users, logins & field access
ArborBuddy is an AI Operations Engine, not HR payroll software. You pay for dispatch capacity (crews + AI usage), not how many people peek at the board.
Unlimited logins (paid tiers)
Section titled “Unlimited logins (paid tiers)”We do not charge per seat. On any activated paid tier, invite your whole back office:
- Owner / GM
- Office manager or bookkeeper
- Crew foremen who want the mobile day sheet
- Spouse helping with scheduling on weekends
Your real cost to us is lead intakes (Magic Paste, voice, webhooks, bulk parse) and compute on routing — both already gated by tier. Extra read-only logins create stickiness without breaking unit economics.
Sandbox trial is single-workspace evaluation; paid activation unlocks the unlimited-seat policy.
Named crew members ≠ logins
Section titled “Named crew members ≠ logins”When you add “Tony” or “Lead Climber” under Manage Resources, you are labeling a roster slot on a crew row:

You can name 50 people on a 3-headcount crew if you want messy notes — Auto-Dispatch still routes 3 crews, not 50 workers.
Team invites (live)
Section titled “Team invites (live)”Owners can invite teammates from Settings → Team & invites:

Invites are sent by email (7-day link). The invitee creates an account or signs in with the invited email, then accepts at app.arborbuddy.com/accept-invite. No per-seat charge on paid tiers.
Field view (/field)
Section titled “Field view (/field)”Foreman+ includes Crew mobile view:
- Sign in as Owner, Dispatcher, or Field Lead.
- Open
app.arborbuddy.com/fieldon a phone (or use the sidebar Field view link). - See today’s jobs, capture photos, log hours, and mark completion.
Field Leads only see jobs assigned to their crew. Dispatchers and owners can open field view for any crew.
Integrations (Autopilot)
Section titled “Integrations (Autopilot)”On Autopilot and Founding 50, owners and dispatchers can open Settings → Integrations to copy the lead intake webhook URL, test connectivity, and (owners only) regenerate the secret key.
Foreman and Climber shops see an upgrade prompt — webhook automation is not included on those tiers. See Webhook intake for Zapier setup.
Coming later (roadmap)
Section titled “Coming later (roadmap)”- Magic-link day sheets — SMS a ground worker today’s run without a full app account
- View-only role — peek at the board without edit rights
- Autopilot custom roles — define permissions per login on the highest tier
Internal admin (not your team)
Section titled “Internal admin (not your team)”admin.arborbuddy.com is ArborBuddy staff only (@arborbuddy.com). Customer team members never use this console.
